Brother-to-Brother Aftercare Group
 
This is an educational lunch on a specific topic with
a professional for the HIV community discussing the
issues as they relate to HIV.
Meets the 2nd Friday of each month from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Other Components to the Program

Brothers Helping Brothers – care team approach, consists of trained team members
who are participant’s of B2B who have volunteered to visit sick hospitalized and housebound
B2B participants and to assist sick participants with daily living needs.
 
Buddy Companion Service – is a peer/mentor component or element of the program for the newly diagnosed persons in need of assistance with HIV related needs, such as medication adherence, making clinic appointments and assisting a person who might otherwise be overwhelmed with a specific HIV issue and in need of a buddy. This is done on a volunteer basis for current Brother-to-Brother participants who identify the need to assist others or the individuals who is in need of assistance.  No money is to be loaned and if it becomes sexual the service ends.
 
 
Activity Night
Participants in the program can come together,
bond, socialize and participant in  some fun activities1st Monday Night of each month, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
