BAO has added many free services for our LGBTQ Community.  LGBTQ individuals are more likely to be affected and infected with HIV as well as other STDs/STIs and have more health disparities.  In an effort to be more inclusive and help our LGBTQ neighbors stay healthy, BAO opened the Magic City Wellness Center January 2016, and the Magic City Acceptance Center April 2014.  BAO is also the fiscal organization for other community projects including Family Matters, Living In Limbo, the Magic City Acceptance Project, B-Heard, and State & Union.  

 

BAO, in partnership with the Magic City Wellness Center and the Magic City Acceptance Center bring a variety of support groups to the community each month.
